At the time that I worked on this design, Quokka was courting the NFL for the rights to do their website.
We needed to show them a prototype for a live viewer console, and they needed it yesterday.
The challenge: capture an up-to-the-minute snapshot of an NFL game in an 800 x 600 screen space without going overboard with information.
